Welcome to Bolé Bantu!
Welcome! We're Bolé Bantu, the San Francisco Bay Area's Congolese- American musical sensation! Our unique sound is a blend of African polyrhythms, salsa, reggae, rock, and jazz. Though our music is hard to describe, its effect is universal:

Bolé Bantu plays at venues large and small throughout the Bay
Area and beyond. Our lineup includes guitar, bass, keyboards,
drums, congas, and three vocalists. Because we're so eclectic,
we fit in at quiet, informal gatherings just as easily as huge
holiday bashes. And we'll even throw some classic rock songs
into the play list (if you're nice).
We've created this site to keep you informed about where we're playing and how to reach us. It also lets us provide background information on the band, thank those who have helped us, and get feedback from you.
