Flow recommendations which follow are for 13-14' or larger rafts. IK's and hard shell kayaks can
get run at much smaller flows down to 300 cfs or "fish flow".

- S. Fork American R., @ Chili Bar for upper and gorge runs, run between 1000-7000 cfs
- N. Fork American R., @ N. Fork Dam for Chamberlain run, run between 1200-2200 cfs, above 2300 the river is pushy, run Chamberlains right side.

- S. Fork Eel (Pillsbury Run), Contact Sonoma County Water (707)523-1070
for diversion flows to Russian R. by PG&E, run at 850-1300cfs recommended.
- S. Fork Yuba R., @ Jones Bar, need 7 ft or 1000 cfs
- S. Fork Eel (Ten Mile Creek Run to Confluence and Big Bend Takeout, flows fuctuate dramatically, need to catch after a rain), run with at least 3000 cfs at start time. S. Fork Eel R. @ Leggett
- Mark West Creek, generally you will need flows greater than 5000 cfs at Hopland to have adequate small boat flows in Mark West Cr.
- Main "T" Run, Meral's Pool, can be derived by adding the flows at these two locations:
Cherry Creek Dion and
Tuoloumne R., @ Mather, run at between 1000 and 9000 cfs total, but the river is kick'in above 4500 cfs, Clavey Falls has a sneak chute on river right above 6000.
- Feather River @ Merrimac, run at levels between 1000-1500, experts only, note that the flow meter is reportedly off by 350cfs so subtract 350 from these values.

- Middle Fork American R., @ Oxbow for Tunnel Shoot run, run between 1000-2000 cfs.
- Stanislaus R., @ Knights Ferry Landing for Goodwin Canyon run, run between 1400-2400 cfs, run Haunted House left side of tongue if you can.
- East Fork Carson R., fun expedition run above 900 cfs, camp at hot springs.
- Colorado R. @ Lee's Ferry, the Grand Canyon put-in, always runnable below 50,000 cfs.
